On 10th October 2019, a grand photo exhibition was held at Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts, on the occasion of 5th year of the Nobel Peace Prize for Children won by Mr. Kailash Satyarthi. The theme of the exhibition was 'From Exploitation to Liberation 40 Years of Restoring Childhood'; covering the journey of 40 years of the Satyarthi Movement. The exhibition was inaugurated by celebrated Indian folk singer Malini Awasthi; popular Hindi poet and lecturer Dr. Kumar Vishwas and Nobel Peace Laureate Mr. Kailash Satyarthi. Thousands of people, including school children thronged the exhibition hall, standing witness to the Satyarthi Movement's 40 year struggle for liberation of children as well as a peek into the life of the man behind this movement.
