Nobel Peace Laureate today at Indian Institute of Public Administration called upon senior bureaucrats of Govt.of India for governance & administration with compassionate intelligence. He reminded them that the yardstick for their success should be freedom, safety, education & smile on the face of that last child waiting to be emancipated.
