On 20th December 2019, Youth Ki Awaaz hosted the Annual Summit at Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi with an array of innovative workshops and talks by visionaries in myriad fields. Nobel Peace Laureate Mr. Kailash Satyarthi delivered an engaging Townhall lecture on the future of Young India at the summit. Deeply pained by the ongoing violence, loss of lives and properties, the treatment meted out to students inside Jamia Millia; the Nobel Peace Laureate advocated for a safe and fearless space for students and young people who respect Constitution, to voice out their opinions and concerns peacefully. Admiring several steps and measures taken by Indian government for the betterment of people, Mr. Satyarthi urged Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to initiate dialogue with students and youth.
