On 28th February 2020, German Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Dr. Gerd Müller along with his wife and colleagues called upon the Nobel Peace Laureate Mr. Kailash Satyarthi at Mukti Ashram. Dr. Müller pledged his support in the global fight to eliminate child labour and trafficking and was a source of immense hope and inspiration to the children. Mr. Satyarthi expressed his great joy and gratefulness at embarking upon the largest campaign to eliminate child labour and trafficking from global supply chains with Dr. Müller's support. Speaking of the campaign, the Nobel Peace Laureate remarked how this year in September, businesses, youth, leaders of the world are expected to take the final leap to free children from ages of slavery.
