On 20th February 2020, Vigyan Bhawan hosted the 10th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad that had several student leaders from across India and dignitaries in attendace including Vice-President of India, Shri Venkaiah Naidu and Nobel Peace Laureate, Shri Kailash Satyarthi. Addressing more than 2000 student leaders, guests etc., Mr. Satyarthi exhorted the young leaders to be like bricks that can be used in building bridges that unite humanity in cultures, religions & nationalities. The Nobel Peace Laureate called upon the youth to combine their anger with compassion and channelize it for righteousness, justice and betterment of India and humanity, instead of wasting their energy in hatred, violence & destruction.
