On 27th November 2019, hundreds of school children, parliament members of major parties, representatives of Brot für die Welt (BfTW) and Gewerkschaft Erziehung und Wissenschaft (GEW) along with Nobel Peace Laureate Mr. Kailash Satyarthi took to the streets of Berlin to demand a law to stop child labour in supply chain of German companies. As part of the 100 Million for 100 Million Campaign, the march culminated outside the Reichstag where Mr. Satyarthi advocated for a binding law for companies to ensure that no child labour is involved in their supply chains.
